Practical
support

We don’t just offer financial help. We can also support insurance people with health, money management or housing concerns.

Our team has a wealth of experience, so is well placed to guide you to additional support and advice where needed. This includes signposting to other charities and organisations who could help you with whatever challenges you are facing.

Our partnership with the housing and homeless charity Shelter UK enables us to refer insurance people to the housing and homeless charity to benefit from their in-depth knowledge in conjunction with our financial support where needed. Find out more and submit a housing query.

Please visit our Apply for Support page if you feel you need to access practical help.
